Poppy AI Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use Poppy AI. Please read them before you start a conversation.

Agreement to these terms
By accessing poppy-ai.net you enter into a binding agreement with Poppy AI on the terms set out below.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Poppy AI.
Definitions
In this document, service means the Poppy AI website and the companion chat features available through it.
Nature of the service
Poppy AI offers conversations with fictional characters. No companion is a real person and no exchange is with a human.
No professional advice
Nothing said by a companion is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it must not be treated as such.
Account registration
Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate details and keep them current.
Account security
You are responsible for your credentials and for any activity carried out through your account.
One account per person
Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or restrictions is not permitted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Poppy AI for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms other users or the service itself.
Prohibited content
Do not submit material that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or that depicts or references minors in any sexual context.
Automated access
Scraping, crawling and automated interaction with the service are prohibited without written permission.
Reverse engineering
You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the underlying components of the service.
Interference
Attempts to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems are strictly forbidden.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write and grant Poppy AI a limited licence to process it in order to run the service.
Our intellectual property
Text, imagery, design and branding on this site belong to Poppy AI or its licensors and may not be reused without consent.
Trademarks
The Poppy AI name and logo may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
Generated output
Conversation output is provided for personal entertainment and may not be resold or presented as a human-authored work.
Fees and billing
Where paid features exist, prices and billing intervals are shown before purchase and charged through our payment provider.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law and the conditions displayed at the point of purchase.
Third-party services
Payment, hosting and analytics providers operate under their own terms, which apply alongside these.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee that Poppy AI will be uninterrupted or error free.
Modifications to the service
Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the service develops.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or creates risk for other users.
Termination by you
You may stop using Poppy AI at any time and request deletion of your account.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poppy AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Indemnity
You agree to hold Poppy AI harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of Poppy AI.
Dispute resolution
Parties will attempt to settle disputes informally before starting formal proceedings.
Severability
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
Entire agreement
These terms together with the privacy policy form the whole agreement between you and Poppy AI.
Changes to these terms
Revised terms are published on this page. Continued use after publication means you accept them.
